RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Introduction

At Fexstore.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions for returning items and receiving refunds.

Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for items that are:

  • Wrong item, size, or color received.

  • Damaged, defective, or incomplete on delivery.

  • Not authentic or not as described.

  • Clothing that doesn’t fit as expected (must be unworn, with tags intact).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, personal care, opened gadgets/accessories). Customized or used items also cannot be returned unless defective on arrival.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags and labels intact. Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them securely.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. For defective or wrong items, we also cover the return shipping cost. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
